Problem

Data for Cypress Creek for the period 1951-2010 are listed on the USGS website. Following the link below, create a table of yearly peak streamflows, and then rank the data. Using these data, develop a relative frequency histogram and a cumulative frequency histogram for Cypress Creek, 1951-2010. Use a class interval of 2000 cfs.
