Change the 300 Ω resistor in Fig. 1 to a variable resistor, and using Pspice, plot the power delivered to the resistor versus values of the resistor. Determine the range of resistance by trial and error rather than first performing a longhand calculation. Determine the Norton equivalent circuit from the results. The Norton current can be determined from the maximum power level.
