Refer to the EspressoCoffee invoice shown in Figure 1 and the 10 steps to relational database design and development in Figure 2. Then complete the following steps.

1. Identify entities involved.
2. Identify the relationships among entities.
3. Identify entity identifiers.
4. Draw an entity relationship diagram.
5. Remove many-to-many relationships, if necessary.
6. Add entity attributes.
7. Print your ERD.
