At a scale of 1ʺ = 1ʹ-0ʺ, draw a typical wall section. Show a room finish schedule. Combine views on a drawing to create good composition.

Plan a small beach house for a young couple with a small daughter. The beach house should have minimum accommodations yet a festive spirit for vacation and weekend living. Provide for the following:
(a) Lot size: 65ʹ ocean front, 200ʹ deep
(b) 700-sq ft floor space, contemporary design
(c) Large living, dining, kitchen combination area with a small kitchen utility unit behind folding doors
(d) Set the house on preserved wooden piers to prevent damage from high water
(e) One easily accessible bath with shower
(f) Two sleeping rooms
(g) Fireplace, redwood exterior
