a. Find the median, the upper and lower quartiles, andthe IQR for each of the two data sets.

b. Construct two box plots on the same horizontal scale to compare the two sets of data.

c. Draw two stem and leaf plots to depict the shapes of the two data sets. Do the box plots in part b verify these results?

d. If we can assume that none of the boxes of raisins are being underfilled (that is, they all weigh approximately 1/2 ounce), what do your results say about the average number of raisins for the two brands?
