Groundwater Evaluation Rubric

You are asked to help locate a new aquifer that will supply your town with water. In examining the potential sites, you recognize that several different factors will influence groundwater availability and at no single site are all of the factors optimal. You decide to create a scoring scheme to evaluate the most important factors that will influence the availability of groundwater.
