Management at Lakeview Restaurant has many suppliers. These suppliers supply frozen food packages, fresh meat, chicken, and fish, as well as fresh produce. Lakeview would like to notify its supplier when the quantity of an inventory item reaches the critical level. The project management team at Lakeview Restaurant has prepared the following list of requirements.

a. To be able to extract and view specific supplier information

b. Automatic transmission of notification messages with a list of needed items to a specific supplier

c. To be able to extract and view a list of all suppliers

Management intends to use this information to manage its inventory and suppliers. Lakeview already has a computerized system, but this system does not satisfy the above requirements. The current system BPMN 2.0 diagrams are shown below. The current system database consists of only two tables: Inventory and Sales.

a. In what phase or phases of SDLC is this project right now?

b. Prepare a document to list all changes that should be implemented on the current system’s process and data models.

c. Redesign the BPMN 2.0 diagrams to satisfy the new requirements.
