Solution 1

Psychology started in Germany by many prominent psychologists, who differed in their ideologies. Even after so much diversity of thoughts, these brilliant minds left a legacy behind for the future psychologists to carry forward.

Wundt, Ebbinghuas, Brentano, Stumpf, and Kuple all had some type of different thinking, yet they came and established the new science of psychology and invested their time and money to make the study of human nature easy. They gave us the outline or framework within which one can study the basics of human nature.

A famous writer said that because of these brilliant minds, psychology was no longer a study of souls. Instead it was being studied using experimental techniques, observation skills among others. The German psychologists with their different thoughts were able to establish a common discipline with their ability. They were successful in starting a new industry having a common direction.

Although psychology originated in Germany, it could not hold on to its roots for long, and soon by the able students of these brilliant minds, psychology was carried to different parts of the world.
