The external demands are termed as stressors, and the efforts put forth to cope up or to deal with the stress is known as coping strategies. Stress is termed as the fundamentally an interactive and as well as dynamic construct as it reflects interaction between the various organisms and their environment over the time. The situations which are considered to be adjusted are termed as stressful.
