c. Find five examples, if possible, of countries that use the Borda count method.
d. Find three examples of voting methods other than the ones discussed in this chapter. In each case, describe the method and give the names of the countries in which it is used.
e. Investigate several countries listed as dictatorships and describe how government officials are selected.
