Examine it to answer the following questions:
What kind of plate movement goes on at the red, spiky lines (for example, on the western coast of South America)? What do the points indicate? Examine the red line that runs across the north side of the Mediterranean Sea. Which direction do the spikes point? What does that tell you about the movement of Africa and Eurasia? Explain the relationship of the red line in northern India and the Himalayan mountains.
