There are 9 type A balls, 5 type B balls, and 6 type C balls in total.

Total number of balls \(=9+5+6=20\)

Number of golf balls that are NOT of type \(A=5+6=11\)

Hence, probability that the golf ball is not a type A ball \(=\frac{11}{20}=0.550\)
