1) dispersion forces also known as london forces are present in non polar molecules. They are instantaneous dipole indice dipole interaction. hence they are weak interactions. In all non polar molecules these interaction are only present.

2) intermolecular forces are present in between 2 different molecules. Hydrogen bond is a type of dipole dipole interaction present in between 2 different molecules. Hence Hydrogen bond is intermolecular forces.

3)strong to weak--- chemical bond > hydrogen bond > dipole dipole > dispersion forces.
