CaO(s) + H2O(l) --------> Ca(OH)2 (s)

As per the given reaction

1 mole of H2O produces = 1 mole of Ca(OH)2

2.11 moles of H2O will produce = 1*2.11= 2.11 moles of Ca(OH)2
