moles acetic acid = 0.0520 L x 0.35 M=0.0182
moles NaOH = 0.0330 L x 0.40 M=0.0132

CH3COOH + OH- = CH3COO-
moles acetic acid = 0.0182 - 0.0132 =0.0050
moles acetate = 0.0132

pKa = 4.74
pH = 4.74 + log 0.0132/ 0.0050=5.16
