There are four factors of production.

Land - Resource income earned is Rent

Labor - Resource income earned in wages and salaries

Capital - Resource income earned is Interest

Entrepreneur - Resource income earned is Profit.

Bonus is the surplus amount divided amongst the owners on an occasional basis.

Stock options is being given as a reward in the form of company shares to the best performer employees.

So the resource income earned by those who supply for labor services is wages and salary.
