2. A) When a child lies to his or her parents, the relationships between them and trust disappears and parents often suffers on how to maintain dishonesty and discipline technique. Child learn to tell lies from an early age or by around 3 years of age. To deal with this situation in children, the nurse should teach Johnson with some effective strategies. a) caught her ( Naina) whenever she lies b) controlling of emotions c) open communication between parents and daughter d) deal with compulsive lying e) convey disapprovals by showing it hurts or weakened the trust between them f) set and enforces consequences for lying by setting rules and by punishing.

B) Stuttering is a communication disoreder where the flow of speech is stopped by repetetions, prolongation or by stoppages of syllables. Effective treatment can be carrried out by speech therapy. The nurse should teach Johnson to overcome stuttering in his daughter.
