Here are the two equations (the plus after the formulas is the charge of the ion).

The equations I am writing are the net ionic equations.

The base component of the buffer HONH2 will completely neutralize any added H+ ions: HONH2 + H+ --> HONH3+.

The acid component of the buffer HONH3NO3 will completely neutralize any added OH- ions: HONH3+ + OH- --> HONH2 + H2O.
