Answer: In my community people are suffering from diabetes as well as cardiovascular disease. It is because due to busy schedule and they don't have time to give attention to themselves. Many people eat junk food or from the restaurant as they didn't have time to cook food, this makes them increase there calories intake hence become more prone to the cardiovascular disease. The mortality rate is high as compared to the white people.
People don't indulge in the physical activities such as running, walking etc. A minimum 35 minutes of walk can do magic in every ones life but still they are not at all aware of these benefits.
