How does it adversely affect the lives and health of individuals (morbidity and mortality)? What is the economic impact? Answer #1

CANCER

The disease which I follow the most nowadays is cancer which is danger which seems to be noncommunicable disease but this is the highly communicable disease as per my aspects. Because the disease which was started at one small village but that affects the person who lives in adjacent village. If it comes to one person of the family it spreads mentally to whole the social community. It destroys all the money, it sucks all the power of human being, it hollows the mental attitude of any individuals. It will create zero space within the person on his own.

In this case a patient himself lose the confidence of his own life. He would like to free from the disease at any cost even he wants his death on As soon as possible basis. He wants to free from the bed where he smells the death of his own life, he smells the dangerous words of Chemotherapy, shakes, Hair loss, vomiting, pain and pain and pain. He just murmuring his own words the other one cannot imagine and understand these things. I have witnessed my grand mom with this. We have tried to hide this from her but I am 100 % sure she was much prepared to hide that she knows all the scenario at that time. This thing was affected the same age of our community, because everyone was afraid of this because the situation nowadays is thing can go anywhere. So I wondered that after her death, a numerous old age persons having more than 70s age they become afraid they also can be part of this gigantic disease.

Economically, it is quite obvious that the disease is very expensive. After knowing all the facts that 1 percent of the person would be free from the disease safely, we people emotionally spending lots of money behind this disease and finally we emptying ourselves without the person to whom we love a lot and we were in an impression that we would save him safely with the help of these much money.

Finally I could say that don’t remain quite if you found a single doubt on your own or your family person because this will not allow you sing a song for your family. This will not allow you to even present your emotions. Because this disease is not having any emotions, it is not attached with your emotions rather to your internal body structure. Just run towards the hospital if you found something persistent like body pain, fever, hyperacidity or anything..!

Title: Multifactorial intervention with nurse practitioners does not change cardiovascular outcomes in patients with chronic kidney disease. Strict implementation of guidelines directed at multiple targets reduces vascular risk in diabetic patients. Whether this also applies to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is uncertain. To evaluate this, the MASTERPLAN Study randomized 788 patients with CKD (estimated GFR 20–70ml/min) to receive additional intensive nurse practitioner support (the intervention group) or nephrologist care (the control group).
