Answer is The first part of the statement is true but second part is false beacuse if the person is cardiovascular fit then their heart rate will also in normal limits than the individual who are not cardiovascular fit. In second part if person is cardiovascular fit then their stroke volume also better than unfit person as decrease or increase stroke volume seen in patient who are not cardiovascular fit.

Stroke volume is amount of blood pump by left ventricle in a contraction is called stroke volume.
