True or False? As a federal program, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) can determine what services and by whom it will cover in its payment system, but it cannot dictate state law regarding nurse practice acts.

Though the CMS payment system has been increased or expanded to a larger group but the privileges and memberships to the nurses are provided by the State Nurse Practice Act and definitely not by the federal government or federal programs .This can be dictated only by the State Nurse Practice Act .
