Answer #1

We know that

Torque and angular acceleration are related by,

T = I\alpha

Since it is a disk, I = 0.5MR2

Here T is the net torque,T = (F1-F2)R

putting the values

(F1-F2)R =0.5MR2*\alpha

\alpha = (F1-F2) /(0.5MR) = (139-101)/(0.5*2.06*0.75)

\alpha = 8.255 rad/s2
