A) Diffused ownership ; it's hard to come together to make decisions.

Reason :- In concentrated ownership it is easy to make decision , as they have the controlling power and a single or few individuals. They also take advantage of the minority owners. Due to less number of individual decision making is quick.

Where as, diffused ownership involves many individuals, and takes into consideration the consent of everyone before arriving to any decision, due to which the process is time taking and difficult to arrive at a decision. Due to no concentration of power they cannot take advantage of minority owners.
