Abortion argument: What features make a person a person (in the normative-evaluative sense)? How can we establish that a given thing possesses those features? Do zygotes possess those features? Embryos? Fetuses?

There is a controversy arise regarding the abortion both in terms of legally and morally. There is a number of unanswerable questions lies behind the argument. Some support abortion by saying that fetus is only a biological development and it is not a human being whereas the opponents argued that human life begins at the zygote itself. some argue that a fetus is a form of human development which has to be protected. They said the fetus does not have any rights based on the biological, psychological, rational, or legal criteria. The fetus is only a genetic code of the human being with no moral rights. On considering the normative feature, the fetus does not have the skills of the personhood such as thinking, reasoning, emotions, communication, perception, love, affection. But the moral rights are based on the laws. As per law, the unicellular zygote is considered as a human being and abortion is prohibited unless it harms the mother lives. Some insist that the fetus and newborn are considered the same means treating the fetus lower than the newborn is unacceptable. This argument overlaps one another. Abortion is a thing that could be decided based on the ethical decision of the society, individual, or by the law.
