Answer #1

Ans:

Given equation is
111.7(x-2010)=7y-3742.22 ------(1)
Also X is the year
Y is the amount(In Billion Dollars)
So given Y=773.96 billion dollars and

X=?
Substituting Y=773.96 in eq (1)
we get

111.7(x-2010)=7X(773.96)-3742.22
111.7(x-2010)=5417.72-3742.22
111.7(x-2010)=1675.5
x-2010=1675.5/111.7
x-2010=15
x=15+2010
=2025

this year in which 773.96 billion dollars will be taken is x=2025 and also y=773.96 billion dollars
