Woman was given AntibioticIV therapy. And she experienced fever and smelly diarrhea because antibiotic disturb balance of good and bad bacteria within gut. Temporarily she experienced fever and diarrhea because of IV antibiotic.

Testing -- Blood test - complete blood test count indicate what causes diarrhea.

Stool test -- to see bacteria or parasite

Flexible sigmoidscopy or colonoscopy

Process -- 1) chlorinated water - chlorination of water to kill microorganisms

2) Disinfect and keep surfaces clean

3) provide infection Control education to all

4) personal protective equipment - should be provide to all

5) control of environment - Disinfectent should be sprayed inenvironment.
