This entirely depends on the amino acid composition of the peptide.

Peptide containing polar or charged side chain can hydrogen bond with the methanol or ethanol leading to dissolution and peptide-solvent interaction.

If there are a number of hydrophobic amino acids are present, this may lead to unfavourable interaction in methanol and ethanol leading to precipitation.

So, all peptides will not precipitate in methanol or ethanol.
