a ) Radius of the proton = r = 2.4/2 fm = 1.2 x 10^-15 m

( 1 fm = 10^-15 m)

Volume = 4/3 pi r^3 = 4/3 pi * (1.2 × 10^-15)^3 = 7.24 x 10^-45 m^3

Mass of the proton = 1.67 x 10 ^-27 kg

Density of the proton = mass / volume

= ( 1.67 x 10^-27 ) / (7.24 × 10 ^-45)

= 2.31 x 10^17 kg/m^3

b) density of proton is Greater than the density of silver.
