Individualism is referred to as the moral stance, the political outlook, opinion, and emphasis on the political moral stance that supports individual. Moreover, it can be defined as a antonym for totalitarianism, and collectivism. In simple terms individualism is being individual and taking moral stance for individual self. Social justice is referred to as the justice in everyday life of the individual and can be defined as the manner the human rights are manifested during the routine living of the individual at every level of society.

a. Individualism implies the fact that the individual has own opinion and stance for moral and political aspects. This explains that the person being truly individual has moral code that they follow through their lives. This makes sure that this person always works in order to provide food, shelter, persuits for their family and own self. The self-reliance provides accountability for own behavior of the individual and therefore the individualism implies to being socially responsible for own family and care. Individualism implies duty towards society, environment and surrounding that the person feels accountable for being on his own.

b. Social justice in healthcare view is the every individual achieves equal and appropriate care and services to attain healthy lives. Health insurance and mandatory policies under the Affordable Care Act provides social justice to this aspect as the population under this act is covered for similar coverage and insurance opportunities and can achieve equal opportunities for health care. Affordable care act, provides subsidies to individual with lower poverty scale from 100% to 400% income groups.
