Because it provides specific knowledge regarding the methods and technologies that are being used. It also enables to indulge quality of care to the people and patients by enhancing the knowledge and information. It provides specific general ideas of how people live, believe or act. These information are very necessary to bring out positive change in day to day job process. It is important to understand how people feel regarding the illness, disease and how much they are concerned with positive lifestyle. These information make things easy while teaching patient.
