There are various forces which can affect the health and well being in the community like smoking ,alcohol, economic status,social status, life style, poor diet( over eating, fast food,oily and spicy food, high calorie diet) obesity,physical environment ,cultural forces to name a few.

The healthcare manager can control the illness by proper awareness and removing any fast-food stalls,smoking point nearby the college.Health education given in the college about the ill effects if healthy habits are not inculcated

Health disparities refers to the difference in the healthcare received by people (gor example high socioeconomic groups are affordable for any medical expenses whereas it is not possible fir a low socioeconomic ststus)It is important to understand this by the healthcare managers to

• To reduce the disparity faced by certain group
• To improve the quality of care deliverd to patients
• To reduce the overall healthcare cost
• To prevent from having an impact on the broader population
• The ACA has brought a solution to this

The external environment plays an important role in healthcare organization because if it is not good it may impact the quality of care deliverd and high chances of people getting diseased ,prolonged hospital stay.The external environment refers to the factors ,forces,events etc., around th hospital. The micro environment and macro environment as to be known .Analysis of this will help healthcare organization to run in gain without any loss.
