\DeltaH is most negative

B. NH4OH is weak base and HC2H3O2 is weak acid .

NH4OH (aq) + HC2H3O2(aq) ------------> NH4C2H3O2(aq) + H2O(l)     \Delta H is very less than -57.5KJ/mole

\DeltaH is smallest negative

C. NH4OH is weak base and HNO3 is strong acid .
