2, patient safety should be first for practicing medicine, there is a rules,laws guidelines for best practicing to improve patient safety.. eventhough outcomes are good,he must follow the rules and should avoid negligence..patient beliefs Physician for their health..it is not acceptable that free consultation should not be done the hospital..it should be notified by Physician peer group..

3, it is nurses responsibility to prevent those incident..she can report to physician peer review group for further action.. because peer review group analyze quality of patient care, Patient safety and it Identify high risk, problem prone processes etc..it should be confidential and privileged, nurses should not encourage Patient to make any offficial complaints,it should not go beyond the peer review committee..
