Answer #1

Answer: Different people have different mindsets as well as nature. Sometimes working in such an atmosphere where are more people, it is little difficult to adjust and sometimes communication failure or conflict occurs. For any healthcare clinics or hospitals functioning, effective communication is a key element of success. Conflicts never benefits anyone it is only waste of time.

Communication is important as this is the medium through which quality of discussions, proper management, and many other good things can be established. The exchange of thoughts and ideas may help to improve the functioning of the healthcare organization. Good and quality communication results into better results than solely decision. It also makes other members feel valued as considering their views and ideas. Motivating each other for good purpose results in the success of the health organization.

The members should be compromising and adjusting in nature because not all the time we can be correct, sometimes other person's view matters a lot. Avoiding bad things and should only focus on the betterment of the health organization is one of the major rules. This is how we can make interdisciplinary teams and lead health organization based on commitments rather than compliance or resistance.
