a) Getting Patients Information: The regular patients are to proceed for the appointment. The care taking of the new patient starts with getting the information of the patients about the personal and insurance details. The registration of the new patient of the information gathered. Further step carries the issuing of the appointment token to the patients. The all the information should be sent to the main office for records.

b) Doctors schedule: After the registration of the patient, the next function is to place the appointment as per the availability of the doctors according to the weekly schedule already provided to the front office by the doctors.

c) Billing department: The next core function is of the Billing Department where the required information towards the treatment of the patients from the doctors, the tests prescribed and the surgical procedures regarding the patient. The billing department also collects the details of the insurance agency to issue the claim regarding the patient.
