ANSWER

Physicians prescribed dose = 3 tbsp / Q 4hr daily.

                                  1 tbsp = 15 ml.

                          So

                                          = 45ml / Q4hr daily.

Syrup required for one day = 45 ml * 4

                                              = 180 ml.

     Syrup required for 4 days = 180 ml * 4

                                               = 720 ml.

Availability of drug in one bottle = 200 ml.

Number of bottles needed for the patient

= Total amount of drug needed / availability of drug in 1 bottle.

               = 720 / 200

               = 3.6

              = 4 bottles.
