Answer: The cultural competence environment is important in the healthcare organization. Due to increased diversity in the population it has become important that the healthcare professionals should provide cultural competence environment. This will enable to deliver quality of care to the patient. Providing cultural competence environment makes patients feel comfortable as well as discuss their problems.

The barrier of the communication also vanished by providing the cultural competence environment. It enables the nurses to indulge in providing counseling to the patients and family teachings. It make care plan easy for patients as they can easily understand the problem and teachings.

The healthcare professionals also makes patients to deliver quality of care to the patients. It enahnces the practicing skills and enables the healthcare professionals in decision making.
