What can you conclude from these results? Is George’s hypothesis supported?

George is studying the aging population in the U.S. and has the following hypothesis: Older people are more likely to support having a boss of age 70 than younger people are. George gathered survey data and tested his hypothesis in SPSS. He used a variable about people's view on having a 70-year old boss which ranged from 1 to 10, where 1 means a 70-year old boss is completely unacceptable and 10 means completely acceptable. He also used a variable for the respondent's age in years. George's SPSS output for a correlation coefficient test is shown below. here sig(2 tailed) is the pvalue and pvalue is o which is less than significance level(0.01) so.. correlation is statisticaly significant.
