Parrelle branches have the same resistance, the flow rate of the charge wil be the same...

Parrelle branches have the same resistance, the flow rate of the charge wil be the same through each branch. Why?  

However if different parallel branches have differ resistances, the flow rate will be higher through the branch that has lower resistance.
