Share an incident when you, a family member or friend experienced an injury (i.e. splinter, paper cut, back injury, carpal tunnel, etc.). Share the cause of the injury, the place of occurrence, signs and symptoms, etc. In addition, provide the ICD-10-CM injury code (from chapter 30) and code description. Your post should include 5 codes: injury code (S00-T88), external cause of morbidity code (V01-Y99), activity code (Y93), external cause status (Y99) and place of occurrence (Y92).
