The incident took place for my friend in an fall were he has sever spinal cord injury. The cause of the injury was fall from a height, the place of occurrence was the garden in the native when climbed the tree to take up the Cork.
The signs and symptoms were sweating, muscle stiffness, painful sensation with swelling, shortness if breath was present with some bruises, laceration and abrasions.
