ICD -10-CM CODE is the tenth version of the international classification of disease and it's used by the healthcare workers to code a disease or diagnosis and is also used by the insurance company for reimbursement purpose .

1. R50.9 for fever , J03.9 for acute tonsillitis , R13.10 for difficulty swallowing

2. I25.1 for atherosclerotic heart disease and

3. I10 for hypertension , J20.9 for acute bronchitis , Z 80.1 for family history of lung cancer

4. D17.24 for lipoma subcutaneous tissue of left thigh
