Balance Scorecard is a method which displays organisations performance into four dimensions namely:-

*The Finanacial Perspective

*The Customer perspective

*The internal busienss perspective

* The Learning and growth perspective/innovation and Learning perspective.

In the given ques, Balanced Scorecard , Corporate Social Responsibility with sustainability all aspects covered under the learning and growth perspective.

Specific objectives:-

How do we continue to improve and create value?

The capability of organisation to adjust to the changing environment.

Cost of investment:-

Cost incurred for this type is low compared to other investments but its impacts kn profits are very high.

Since balamced scorecard approach is intended ti improve long term performance, managers mat invest in resources needed in short run but this could not affect busienss units performance.

Quantitative and non quantitative results:-

Since balance Scorecard gives equal importance to the relevant non financial measures, ut should discourages the short termism taht leads to cuta in spending on new product development, human resource development which are detrimental for future prospects of the company.

As Balanced scorecard values equal importance to non financial aspects it helps in improve of customer, society royalty which inturns helps the company in so many ways which cant be quantified.

It creates goodwill for the company. Which creates value, brand image of the company.

As balanced scorecard approach towards customer prospective which are non financial aspects will help company in achieving its corporate social Responsibility as well.

Hence applying Balanced scorecard with Corporate social Responsibility and sustainability will helps ones organisations in so many ways directly as well as indirectly.
