1.The signs and symptoms of anemia are

• General:Fatigue ,lack of sleep ,cold intolerance, heat intolerance
• Skin:pale
• Musculoskeletal: leg cramps ,pain, cold limbs
• CVS:Tachycardia
• Respiratory:Tachypnea, breathing difficulty, deceased oxygen saturation
• CNS:headache, fainting,lack of concentration
• GIT:Sore tongue

2.Rebound tenderness( Bloomberg sign) refers to pain felt when the pressure is given at a site and relieved.In simple when pressure is applied there is no pain and when relieved pain is felt.

Guarding (defence musculair )is the contraction of the muscles in the abdomen when pressure is applied it acts as as a protection to the inflamed organs internally

3.The vital signs like temperature, pulse,respiration and BP gives the basic status of an individual. Any changes in body are first indicated through vital signs
