Answer: Skilled nursing facility are the facilities provided to the patients which include the service by nursing care provided by registered professional nurses, bed and board, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social services, medications, supplies, equipment, and other services necessary to the health of the patient whereas an assisted living facilities is a long-term senior care option that provides personal care and services such as meals, medication management, bathing, dressing and transportation etc. Adult foster care is for the adults where they are placed into group or private homes and caregivers take their care.

The special dementia care facility are provided for the old age people who are suffering from the dementia are being given care and all the facilities. The caregiver takes all the responsibilities of the patients and gives them best support of their needs.
