Moreover inflation and unemployment also change based on global phenomenon and subsequently labor market outcomes differ as wages and laws differ creating disparity.

This can be improved by benchmarking current year with international standards of same year to arrive at better and biased and accurate labor market outcomes and derive holistic comprehensive view for analysis.
