2)Integrative Model:this model deals with the root cause of the health concerrn rather than just treating the symptoms every aspect of health is integrated so a change in one area can produce effects in others while they may remain unaware of the true source of the problems , by focusing on prevention we can easily tell the signs and symptoms before they develop into something more severe , this model is a compassionate model. social cognitive theory:it is the learning theory is used in many settings, it is used to explain behavior and we learn from experience, observation an symbolic communication this is used to shape the environment we are in and respond to it and become adaptable to change in it and it is often usedin the health behavior change interventions , it is the behaviorchanges result from interaction between person and environment changes is bidirectional., in this theory the indiviudal and relavent others work to change the environment attitudes.
