F = k q2 q3 / r1^2 - k q1 q2 / r2^2

F = 9*10^9* 10^-12* 3*5 ( 1/ 0.2^ - 1/ 0.3^2)

F = 336 N

B)

Electric field, E = 336/(5 x 10^-6)= 6.72 x 10^7 N/C
