Answer: Sometimes doctors can withhold telling g information to the patients as it may create a conflict between the doctor's effort to do welfare of the patient and the autonomy of the patient.

Doctor may not take guarantee about the successful surgery as may be successful or not. The doctors can withhold the information such as possible outcomes, risk involved etc.
